In order to receive the best offer, we recommend booking via email, on the phone or using the booking form on our website. We kindly ask for your understanding that any kind of early payment discounts from various platforms are beyond our control.

  •  Is there an airport nearby?

  •  Is there a train station nearby?

  •  How can I cancel a booking?

Check-In / Check-Out:

  •  When can I check in?

Your room will be ready from 14.00 on the day of your arrival.

  •  Until when do I have to check out?

The room is yours until 11.00 on your day of departure.

  •  Is the option of an early check-in or a late check-out available?

Depending on availability, early check-ins and late check-outs are possible at additional fees. For detailed information, please contact our staff at the reception (

  •  Where can I park my car?

Free parking lots with video surveillance are available on the site. A separate garage can be booked at extra cost.


  •  What are the breakfast hours?

Our continental breakfast buffet is open from 07.00 until 10.00. 
Please inform our staff about existing allergies when booking your stay. 

  •  Is there a restaurant?

Our restaurant, specializing in Austrian cuisine, is located directly on-site.

During summer: daily from 11.00 until 22.00
During winter: daily (except Wednesday) from 11.00 until 14.30 and 18.00 until 22.00.


  •  Where is my room located?

Main house:

  •  Do the rooms feature a minibar?

All rooms are equipped with a minibar. Prices are listed in the guest folder.

  •  Is there a safe in my room?

All rooms are equipped with a safe to store your belongings.

  •  Is there WiFi in my room?

Free WiFi is available for our guests in the whole building. Further information is provided in our guest folder.


  •  How do I get to the lido?

Our Lido Wrann can be reached within 4 minutes by foot. Please consult our website under the section “Active” or use the following link for detailed description.

  •  Are sun loungers and umbrellas available?

Apart from free entrance, our guests (from 12 years of age) will receive a sun lounger and a sun umbrella free of charge for the duration of their stay.
Please note that on your day of departure entrance is also free, however, an additional fee will have to be paid for sun lounger and umbrella.

  •  Are bath towels being provided?

If your arrive during the summer months there will be one bath towel per person in your room. 
As a contribution to the sustainability we charge € 1,- for every change of bath towels. We kindly ask for your understanding.

  •  Are dogs allowed on Lido Wrann?

Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed on Lido Wrann

  •  When can I use the spa and fitness area?

Our spa is open daily from 14.00 until 20.00. The fitness area can be used daily from 08.00 until 20.00.

  •  Which facilities are available in the spa area?

Our spa area comprises 200m² and hosts a finnish sauna, herbal sauna, steam room, infrared cabin and a generous quiet room.

  • Will I be required to bring my own bathing robe?

Bathing robes are available at the reception free of charge for the duration of your stay.

  •  Which facilities can be found in the fitness room?

Our fitness room features a treadmill, ergometer, rowing machine, kinesis wall and various fitness equipment.

Guest house Wrann

  •  Where is the guest house located?

Our bed and breakfast “Guest house Post-Wrann” is located on Bahnhofstraße 12A, 5 minutes by foot from our main house.

  •  Where do I check in?

Both, check-in and check-out takes place at the reception in our Hotel Post-Wrann.

  •  Is parking available?

Vehicles can be parked directly in front of the guest house.

  • Use  of the Lido premises - guest house Wrann

Apart from free entrance, our guests (from 12 years of age) will receive a sun lounger and a sun umbrella free of charge for the duration of their stay in the provided area. Please note that on your day of departure this services are no longer valid .We kindly ask for your understanding.


  •  Are pets allowed?

Pets are allowed at extra cost. Please consult with our staff at the ...... beforehand.
